Price assurance

•  This assurance is valid from 9th February 2017 to 9th Feb 2018.
•  In the event of reduction in the base selling price, the flat cost will be adjusted as per the reduced price, against the last payment due.
•  This price assurance shall differ on the basis of configuration of the flats qua the respective Towers, "Stellar Heights".
•  In case of a bank loan, the differential amount will be adjusted against the flat value.

Time assurance

•  We assure the customer of possession as per the date in the agreement for Astron Tower.
•  Any delay in possession beyond the date agreed will attract interest, which will be calculated on the consideration received from the customer till date of delay, at the rate of interest for home loans being offered by SBI, at the time of booking.
•   The interest will be paid in proportion for total number of days of delay.

Quality Assurance

•  Impeccable quality as per specifications and amenities agreed under the Agreement will be provided without any compromise and the information thereto shall be shared on demand.
